Job Description
We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, elegant, and engaging user experiences across web and mobile platforms. As a senior member of the design team, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our product direction, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring user-centered solutions to life.
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design process from user research to final UI design and implementation support.
Translate complex product requirements into intuitive and scalable user experiences.
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
Conduct and analyze user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
Establish and maintain design systems, patterns, and documentation to ensure consistency across products.
Provide mentorship and design guidance to junior designers.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and decisions.
Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Experience working in agile product teams is a plus.
